 it's dual core but only 2 threads - so it can only do 2 calculations at one time. i5's are dual core but have four threads (4 at once), and i7s are quad core but have eight threads (8 at once).
I wouldn't go with an i3 if you're spending decent cash on a computer for video editing etc...you'll want it to keep going for at least a couple of years. Just my 2p Cool

 its handling everything I throw at it (but i'm not gaming) - after effects, premiere and photoshop trials all run fine. i would go i7 if you game but an i5 will probably be fine if you don't...i wouldn't recommend the first gen intel i series or the i3 though.

 from the flat ground next to it the landing is just under 5ft tall. if i stand in the bombhole it is over 6ft.

 hey man, how are you finding the crosslines? i've been looking into getting some but have heard about 'freehub gouging' problems on the rear hub. have you had any problems with yours?

 they came from an 80ft fir that got cut down. shame I'm not allowed to use them though!
